Data controller
MXTV Player is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Contact: [email protected].
Data we process
- Device: MAC address, Android and device identifiers, technical hardware fingerprint, model, app version, last connection date, IP address and app crash reports.
- Playlists you add: your provider's address, username and password. They are stored encrypted, only so they work on your device and you can recover them.
- Resellers: name and email address.
- Payments: processed by Mercado Pago or PayPal. We do not receive or store card details; only the reference number, amount and payment result.
We do not collect sensitive data.
How we use it
To activate and validate your license, provide support, prevent fraud and unauthorized copies of the license, fix app crashes and manage reseller accounts. We do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Only with Mercado Pago or PayPal to process payments, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected] with your device code or MAC. We reply within 20 business days. To delete your data, see Delete my data.
